Anmol’s staff undertakes induction training when they start working for the company. This entails an outline of the business, mission statements, company organisational structure, organisational systems, health and safety, equal opportunities and diversity policies, environmental policy, grievance and disciplinary policies. Further training will then be dictated by the employee’s role within the company.

Anmol ensures for security personnel prior to deployment at customer’s premises they have to be in possession of a valid SIA license for the category of work that they are undertaking and have the appropriate level 2 qualifications for Static, Retail Security, Reception Security, Door Supervision Or CCTV Operations.

Most of our personnel have been with us since anmol was formed. With this extent of loyalty and reliability our customers can be assured that we have a team that they can rely on.

There is a set of courses and assessments to help businesses understand and apply the security sector British Standards code of practice. There is a course for each of the relevant codes of practice. The courses are available free of charge and can be repeated as many times as required.
